Rick is the man. He will bend over backwards to make the deal happen for you. I have purchased 2 homes through him in the last 6 months, and hopefully many more in the future. After dealing with numerous realtors over the years, none were as easy to work with and attentive as Rick. You can call him up at 2pm or 10pm, he always makes himself available for you. Can’t say enough good things about the man. Certainly a five star realtor that I would, and have recommended.
