I was very impressed with the professionalism & knowledge that Rick Ramirez displayed while working on the sale of my Aunt’s house. Rick explained terms, procedures, & expectations, all with words that I could understand. If there was something that I didn’t understand, he would patiently go over it again until I did understand. Rick kept us very well informed as to what was going on from beginning to end. He used both phone and E-mails. If I had any questions &/or concerns and couldn’t reach Rick right away, he returned my phone calls very promptly. Rick was very friendly and easy to talk to. It’s no wonder that he is such a success. When any of my friends or relatives are interested either in buying or selling a property, I wouldn’t hesitate at all. I would recommend Rick.
